S6 taking random pictures by itself

My wife was sitting watching television with her phone behind her on the Qi wireless charger when she heard the camera shutter sound. A few moments she heard it again and when she looked at the camera there were two pictures of the ceiling.

What are we dealing with here?

Some connected devices can take pictures remotely via Bluetooth, for example a smart watch or other phone.

Or some apps can also do that.
