S7 'Contacts with Numbers'

Where is the option to only display 'Contacts with Numbers' I can't find it anywhere...please tell me they didn't remove it.

Should be simply to find.. open the phone app, hit the settings and it should be tucked in there.

,Ah, okay, I found that one but I was looking for the one referring to the Android messaging app, meaning you go to text a friend and you don't see contacts without phone numbers. I swear it used to be in there...

or can anyone else recommend a better messaging app?

And it does have the option to only display mobile numbers.

You just need to make sure that you have the correct numbers in your contacts app, which is where I found the ability to filter out contacts without numbers.
