Help S7 Edge keeps reverting to default screen timeout

I like keeping my screen timeout to 15 seconds, as opposed to the default 1 minute. In the last week, my Edge repeatedly and inexplicably reverts back to the 1 minute setting without any obvious explanation. I keep having to set it back to :15. Rebooting doesn't help.

Any ideas why this might be happening?

Thanks, you're right. A few days ago, I began to suspect a game I installed--one of those "escape the room" games. Once I uninstalled it, the problem went away. I can't say for sure it was the cause, but my timeout is sticking now.

Generally this symptom is caused by app's that include adjustments to the screen timeout. There are several apps that can override screen timeout settings. Check all the apps that have any form of schedule attached to them. Also, just to be safe, clear your system cache
