For S7 Edge owners: Are accidental taps/swipes of the curved edges a persistent problem?

So I'm about ready to get the S7 Edge, but read these reviews and started to have second thoughts:

http://www.androidcentral.com/how-wed-change-galaxy-s7-and-s7-edge

I was a little disappointed to read that expert reviewers #2 and #3 had trouble with the curved screen, accidentally tapping or swiping the curved edges when just trying to grasp the phone.

1) Are any of you S7 Edge owners also finding this to be a problem?
2) Is this a non-issue for you because you use a case? If so, which case?

Thanks. I really want to pick one up but if this is a universal kind of issue I might take another look at the non-Edge version.

I was under the impression a recent software update tackled the issue of some Samsung Galaxy s7 edge owners experiencing these particular problems.

Unfortunately,this is a YMMV situation.
Your best bet is to try/buy one from a seller who has a relatively painless return policy if you find the curved edges to be an issue.

It was one of the reasons I returned mine, which I did just before any updates were pushed.
Otherwise,it's an excellent phone, worthy of a test drive.

Yup. We're used to be able to grip the phone's edges so on the first few days people are going to have issues with the curve. But after a few days use, avoiding accidentally touching something is easier. Also, a case helps.
