My S7 edge screen failed 30th April, Took it to Samsung Repair Centre after a bank holiday 3rd May. Samsung arranged collection 4th May and sent it to SBE Ltd in Kent, ( terrible ignorant company ) rang them after 5 days to be told, Well the battery isn't faulty we know only that up to now sir. 3 days later they said it was a failed screen but no screens available nation wide. Samsung eventually after many days to tell me it wasn't possible to repair it and a new replacement phone was being sent to me....... in approximately 10 days !!!!! rang them yesterday 20th and was told still no date of replacement being sent out only within 7 to 10 working days.
