Help S7 Edge - SMS from EE

This driving me mad.

I am not receiving texts messages from friends on EE. They can call me, I can call them, I can text them and they receive but I don't receive anything. I'm on 02 pay monthly.

What am I missing?

Check that you have blocked any numbers.

Process of elimination: Can you try you're Sim card in another phone to rule out either the Sim or Account or Phone which may be at fault.

Phone o2 on 202 and have them check your account and if necessary reset it.

Check in your contacts list that the contact numbers haven't been duplicated. Try deleting the contact and re add. Also try reading with the +44 version.
 
Turns out it was something called Tugo that I had many moons ago and never used. Thanks for your help and O2 support was very helpful too
