S7 edge sound issues

Hi all I seem to have a problem with my s7 edge.

My notifications and ringtones make sounds even when I tap the volume button all the way it beeps and when I play a ringtone it works same with sms and email.

The problem is media sounds aren't working I've put all sounds volumes up to their fullest but nothing.

Whatsapp voice notes won't work
Tried YouTube and music player nothing.

Any help please will appreciate it.

hello friend . just go in setting ,, notification and enable All apps
