s8 Clock App Alarm Sets Itself

I have had my s8 for over a year and had no problems. Suddenly, the Clock App is setting an alarm 1 minute before it's to go off at 5:45 a.m. There will be NO alarms showing in Clock, but if I'm looking at the phone at 5:44 a.m. it says "Alarm set for 1 minute from now." Then it goes off and Bixby starts announcing the news, etc. I've restarted the phone to no avail. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can stop it?

Wow. Same phone, same problem, same time of day.

I have found that there were two clock apps, both were original apps. I un installed one of them this morning. The other one can't be un installed and is the newer of the two. I don't think the one I removed is the one that was causing the issue as the alarms are listed in the one that is still installed after they go off and are then deleted from the list.

Last night I even turned off notifications from the newer of the clock apps. Notifications weren't on for the other. This morning, 5:45am I came out to the family room and alarm is going off.

It's usually at 530, sometimes 630, occasionally 545. Never any other time. Not all days, but every morning this week.

So at least I know it isn't just me. Looking for any help.

Happened again this morning. 5:30 on the dot. Volume down, vibration off, alarms cleared in clock app, notifications for app turned off, and at 5:29 the alarm gets set for 5:30 and then goes off, ignoring all other settings, making sound and vibrating.

Must find a solution!

For google: Android oreo alarm goes off every day. Alarm automatically sets itself. Clock app sets alarm by itself.
