Idk if is a virus or an option in my phone

Yeah that would Creep me out to if I had seen that evil looking icon on my device to. I always suggest using this app because it works pretty good.

It's not a virus but it's an app that can be downloaded from:

You've got an accessibility feature for the visually impaired turned on, that's what those sounds and blue boxes are. On a Samsung it's Settings > Accessibility > Vision, you can turn it off from there. Yeh, it's an option on your phone and NOT a "virus".
