S8 screen protector

Hi, had to upgrade from S5 to S8 recently because hubby's S4 died and he got my S5. Bought a Zagg screen protector with it (haven't put it on yet) but reviews say non-glass lifts on the sides. However, if I go with a glass screen protector, I can't use with most cases as they won't fit right. Even with an Otterbox defender, they don't come with the built in screen protector anymore. I'm not so much concerned about dropping the phone, as I am with scratches from being in my purse, etc.

Anyone have any recommendations? Thanks!

I wasted a lot of money on screen protectors for my S8 until I finally bit the bullet and shelled out $45.00 for the Whitestone Dome Glass protector. Before I purchased the Whitestone I contacted the company and asked which cases were compatible and the case I selected was the Ringke SLIM. I use an Otao [Case Friendly] that works for me and is inexpensive.

The link goes to an S8 Plus screen protector. I can't find an Otao tempered glass protector for the Note 8 on Amazon.
