S8+ with s case hangs up when I touch it when in my pocket

When the phone is in my pocket and it rings, when I touch the phone it hangs up and goes to voicemail. Can someone help me on this problem?
I have a S-cover flip case (Samsung brand) on this phone.

I don't have the flip case so no idea if this will work but I'd try going to settings, apps, phone, storage, clear data.

Just seen your other thread in the s8+ forum and there's a little more info. Still not a definite but try pressing your phone on your homescreen, the three little dots top right, settings, answering and ending calls and check if power button to cancel calls is selected.
