Dear All,
I am a proud owner of a samsung Galaxy S9+, I purchased this device 1 week ago and although i a very satisfied with the device itself i am encountering some problems during phone calls.
Basically any calls i make from this device are being suddenly terminated by the phone, sometimes it takes 3 mins until the call is terminated and sometimes it takes 13 mins, the thing is very random and i noticed that this happens with even when calling different network providers.
Tried looking into the device settings but didn't find a specific setting for this.
Can someone guide me through this please, before proceeding to the supplier ? I personally thinks it's a software issue (An official software upadte was already release for the phone but issue is still there )
