Safe apps to delete

Hi I have over a 100 apps on my samsung galaxy ace, I wanted to get rid of apps I don't need but I'm not sure which of the apps are important for running the basic features of my phone, like calling, texting, saving data to internal/external memory. Can anyone give me a list of apps which I must not delete because they are important to allow my phone to function properly?

Thanks :)

With a,"Rooted" phone this is easy using link2SD app as you can see which are system apps and can be left alone. Also with Link2SD you can,"Freeze" programs to check if you need them.
On a none rooted phone you can delete/un-install the apps from google play safely AFAIK as they aren't system apps and if there are any that you may have needed you re-install them.

Un-installed apps can be removed from Google Play List using the phone,my apps list but it's fiddly as you have to press fiddly near the little X and then delete the entry.

Always back up your phone data and SD card before doing anything.

Check out the,"Helium" back software for none rooted phones and CWM(Clock Work Mod) app for rooted phones and also,"Titanium" backup for rooted phones.
