Sales charge?

Not sure about Nevada. From what I've seen, it depends on the site. I was just wondering if anyone got charged for sales tax from VM.
 
NYC charges sales tax. However, to get around sales tax issue, I'd head over to callingmart. They still have 1% discount on top ups.

Virgin Mobile USA charges state and local taxes and fees in all locations where the law requires it. If you would pay sales tax on a phone and/or a top-up card when buying in a local store, VM USA will charge sales tax as well. Your sales tax rate is calculated based on the address you have entered on your online account Contact Information page.
