Sales Tracking and Contact Management

Is anyone familiar with a sales tracking, contact management application? My job just picked up Droid INC's for our sales team and need to find a good application with mobile and desktop support. It would be used for taking notes on specific accounts, adding contact information, etc.

Any ideas?

wow, im looking to do the exact same thing. i need to store information on accounts and would be great to store sales numbers under that account. i wish you could create custom fields for all contacts.
anyway...have you had any luck finding anything?

My favorite contact management tool is Gist. Gist not only holds your contacts, but is also finds all their social media, like Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and their blog. It will also connect each contact to your correspondence with them in gmail.

You can set an importance level on all your clients, so you could monitor the social media postings of your top 10% of clients for example.

Brilliant tool, but no sales tracking as of yet.
