Right now in the Milwaukee area, I am having good phone quality by USCC. That said, a cheaper network is trying to get my business. Yes they can port the number over, etc, etc. Their big pitch is "We use the same tower as USCC so we are as good but we are cheaper". Is it possible that just because we rent the same tower we get the same quality reception in data and voice or if USCC paid more and became a "premium customer" they could get better quality? IDK.
