Sammix R95 not working

I have a Sammix R95 Andoid box and today I have the following message:

(unfortunately memo launcher has stopped)

I have try to reboot, unplug and restart and even the reset button but just get this message
I can't get into setting it just seems locked on the message.

Anyone any ideas before it gets thrown in the bin please.

After many attempts using the reset button I have managed a factory reset it's working again.
