Samsumg galaxy s2 live wallpaper problems

I bought the galaxy s2 two days ago amd I can not get the wind or ocean wallpaper that comes with the phone to display the weather conditions. I called support and they do not have an answer for me I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for me. It is a stupid problem but buggin me. Thank you for any help.

Have you checked their respective settings? And are you connected to the internet with GPS turned on?

I checked to make sure the animations where turned on. I have gps on and doesn't it connect to the net on it's own If there is other settings let me know. I am a new user so any help is so greatly appreciated thank you for your time
