Help Samsung 6 is missing memo

I saved a memo on my Samsung 6, and came back to it several times. I opened it today and it was gone. I didn't delete or reset my phone. Is there anything I can do to find it?

Use a file explorer

On memo app you can create different folders. Maybe you did that and switched to the empty one
