please suggest a ROM for samsung galaxy A3 SM-A300H ....my mobile is not 4g ..bit i want to install a best OS that run 4G LTE
 
4G compatibility needs to be in the hardware... if the hardware doesn't support 4g, or the bands of 4G that you need to use, changing the software won't help.
