Hi guyz. Im using Samsung A5 2016(SM-A510FD). I bought this phone from Oman. Now im in India. I use Reliance JIO Service which has 4G Volte. But when i put the sim in my mobile im not able to see VOLTE or i cant use Volte service. I use secondary Application which provides calling in JIO. Now, my main problem is why isnt my phone not supporting Volte ?? My phone supports VOLTE ( I used many VOLTE verification apps and i contacted Samsung, and they said my phone supports VOLTE ). Please Help.
Is there anything to do with the country ( ie., CSC code) ??
