I always have to smile a bit reading what Google Translate is making out of it! Anyway, I understand your question in German and the translation is pretty okay, although somewhat strange.

Its a difference in android version. Android 2.2(Froyo) had a horizontal blue battery icon, whereas the new Android 2.3(Gingerbread) has a vertical green battery indicator. Its just a difference in looks.
You have gingerbread, hence the green battery icon.
