Samsung Admirer

My Samsung Admirer shows that is connected on wifi settings but on the grey ball tells me there's no connection. I can't get on the web, I reset the router and nothing and no one is the household has this problem Does anyone knows what it could be?

Welcome to the forum vglnn30 and thanks for joining.

It might new due to a channel clash where too many devices are using the same frequency. So if you change the channel your router uses it might sort the problem.
