Help Samsung app annoying

Hey guys,

Hows it going?if someine can help me,i have samsung S3,i recently downloaded photo editor through samsung app.

Ever since i ve downloaded it ,there is msg pops out that i need to update my samsung app,which i did.

However it hangs in the middle while undating like hours,i have 3G the net is fast still it takes so long to update.

On the other hand photo editor app is downloaded n this keeps popping up saying i need to update,its sooo annoying :banghead:

I really dont know how to react to your statement because i am finding it sarcastic..i am actually new and still dont know a lot about this forum.

Nevertheless i still tried.And if its geniun statement then yes please i would appreciate.

I never meant for it to be sarcastic, Jawanda, and please do not take it that way. It was simply a friendly offer to move your post to the Galaxy S3 forum so you wouldn't have to re-type it. In fact, I'm not sure what part of my post seemed sarcastic... but I assure you that it was not typed in that manner.

Welcome to the forum jawanda:)

Try going to settings, application manager, all tab at the top and scroll down to Samsung account and clear cache and data and then force stop. Then repeat the same for Samsung apps and reboot your phone. Hopefully then the next time you open Samsung apps it'll complete the update.
