Help Samsung app store problems.

Hello everyone, I am new to android, i got a galaxy s3 a few days ago.
I am having problems with the samsung app store. When i tried to edit a photo i got 2 options : Photo editor & Paper artist.
I want to edit it with the photo editor but the phone says its not installed on the device and asks to download it. when i hit download the samsung app store launches and i get an error: Product does not exist in this store (4002) .
Then after that i went to the samsung apps store again. I cant see anything there.
Featured, Top new, everything is empty. When i search for somsthing it says no results found. when i try to sign in. When i hit the menu key> Sign in it shows Service Unavailable (1000). Is this happening because my country is not supported ? (Suriname, thats in south America)
please help guys.

Hi I have the same problem. I have Samsung s5 and when I download the magazine it says the product is not in store 2004. My software is upto date both from kites and phone update.
Can some tell me what to do next.

can you please tell me what is the version of the "Samsung/Galaxy Apps"?
It is the Market that you have to download your Photo Editor.
Follow this steps:
1. Go to Samsung/Galaxy Apps
2. when you get there, either touch the menu button, or the top-left corner of the phone
3. One you are there, click settings
4. Go to the very bottom and touch "Version Info etc."
You should be able to see the version of the app.
If it is telling you to update the app, do it. it should be just at the bottom of the Icon of the app
Once it is updated, you should be able to download your "Photo Editor".
