Samsung Apps

Hey, My Galaxy Ace (GT-5830) is 4 month old.. I really want to install some Apps and i do not have a data network connection..
The problem is with Samsung Kies. I downloaded the latest version 2.2.0.12014_18 recently to my PC.
The tab 'Samsung Apps' under "Store" doesn't appear. How to solve this issue?
