Hello. I need to backup and restore my samsung note 5. Which is a better way to go? Back up and Restore from Samsung Cloud or from Google? Thank you.

That depends on what's your preference but me personally I would go with Google Drive because I've had stuff stored there since Google Drive existed better than10 years now and it's all still there when I need it. If you choose Google Drive just don't forget your Google account username and password and you'll be good to go.

I'd probably worry about using any app that is promoted by users on forums that seem to exist only to promote that particular app.

Youll have to Factory-Reset first.
