This is happen from about 3 weeks ago .
When charging phone want to make a back-up on my Samsung account. But always is show " back-up failed" near Settings. (see photo)
I try to perfrom manual back-up. On settings progress is stoping at 79%, stay this way for about 1 min and back-up failed again.
On notification says "network error has occured" (see photo)
If i go to restore from Samsung account the last back-up is showed as today, no error there. So I understand a back-up has been made, but maybe with some errors in it.
I restart phone, wipe cache, signed out form Samsung account and sign in again, make another Samsung account - no result.
