Anyone else notice that Samsung turned off the Chat Support function on their website? I'm wondering if we'll ever see the Alcantara cases before the Note 9 is released... but when I hit CHAT nothing happens. Nice.

where do you find samsung chat?
That's not an app, it's an option on their website to contact Support. You can call, email or chat. Except now you can't chat, because that button does nothing. I had to send two emails today on two separate issues, because chat doesn't work.

Huh. I noticed that too last night. I was in their queue for 2 hours waiting for help which turned out to be useless as the person who finally came online told me I had called the wrong number. I asked for the correct number and she gave me the number I had dialed! I asked if I had reached the Samsung Direct Sales department and I had. Apparently she couldn't help with sales from their website. I had to figure it out for myself which I thankfully did. She was from the US by the accent!
well if chat is based in china/asia then its sunday over there and that makes sense there is no chat service. DJI, the drone maker, is based in china and they dont chat on saturday or friday here in the US, but on sunday nights here in the US their chat is open , so yeah i can understand that...
The peeps that operate Samsung LiveChat could be in Korea or India or Pakistan or something. I was looking at their international global site.
