Samsung Cloud not working

Is more than two weeks since my phone does not want to do back on Samsung Cloud. Neither auto or manual.
When try to do a manual back up error returns : back up Failed, a server error has occurred.
I try reset with wipe cache, reset network settings, log out and log in in my account, delete the account and reinstall, make another Samsung account. No result.
Should i try something elese before factory reset ? Phone is neverlocked

Thank you, i did not find any Samsung state about the issue
Hope they solve this sometime, problems lasting two week does not sound good at all

Meawhile I contact my Samsung Support and they confirm this issue. They say this problem will be solved in a future update. Asking about how much time mean this future.. how soon as we can :)
Lasting for three weeks now i consider this as being totally unacceptable.
 
I agree.

At the moment I have the Google Back up turned on but I really don't like using Google. They have enough information on me already. Lol.

I use Dropbox and the sd card too.

That said the Samsung option is my primary back up go to option.

Someone (not from Samsung) said a fix is being pushed out today so fingers crossed.
 
They should add at " Samsung option is my primary back up go to option" - " when and if it works"
Also funny : they said is working hard, and please understand is a lot of people involved. Sure is a lot of people, but all those people are buyers, all paid for this expensive mobile... so i think the support must move much quicker.Budget should be more than enough.
But finger crossed for next update: hoping for the best and expecting the worst
Being not very satsfied of latest 3 IOS i thought is time to try Samsung. Thx God for not selling my iPhone, this is the first and last Samsung i buy. Very nice phone but barely working :) Overall it was a usefull experience: i learn to praise IOS again.
 
I moved from the iPhone 6 plus to the s7 edge after using every iPhone model from the iPhone 4.

ios is so restrictive as so is the iPhone. Apple so sandbox their stuff it's stifling with me needing to jail break them.

I know the Samsung BackUp issue is annoying but that's a small piece of what I get from my s7 edge compared to the iPhone.

I won't be going back to iPhones.
 
No update for me yet, i manually checked now. When I will receive the update i will come back and say if cloud backup work or not.

Samsung have released a new apk to resolve this issue,just installed it here and its resolved all issues,samsung cloud apk 2.2.12

There is a plus of this update. Before Smasung Cloud not working at all, on my device Samsung Cloud work only manual. All the settings correct, but auto back up did not perform. After this update i see auto back up also working as they say, every 24 hrs, one hour connected to wifi and display off.
 
Hi guys!

I've got this same error! I can see everyone has received the update, I still haven't got mine! What do I need to do?! Samsung told me to allow notifications from galaxy apps and samsung cloud which is done, I'm constantly checking and I have no update! This is so annoying! Any help would be great!

I'm completely flabbergasted by reading your post.
Your post is 6 months old. Still the server error excists. Ladt 2 months I received 2 factory updates. So where are they (Samsung) talking about?
