I have checked auto start on Samsung cloud but back up wont start automatic. If a perform a manual back up is ok, no errors. I understand auto back up will start every 24 hrs when phone charging, wifi on and screen off, one hour after charging begin. I wait for multiple weeks , no autobackup. I try o log out on samsung account and log in , i also try to make another samsung account. No result. Any other settings that i dont know ?
