Samsung confirm Adoptable Storage

Don's know it this has already been posted but Samsung have done a U-turn on the Adoptable Storage issue, You will now be able to use this feature on the S7 and S7 Edge at least.

I've see updates on brand new devices,right out-of-the-box,as soon as data is detected & is installed before you can start navigating the set-up process.
The T-Mobile version of the Blackberry Priv had such an update when it hit the market.
 
To be honest, I don't think this means they support adoptive memory but rather confirming you can move apps to SD. I know it's from SamsungUK, but running apps from the SD doesn't necessarily mean that it supports adoptive memory. It just means that they allow you to move apps to the SD card, but the card itself is not formatted and made a part of the internal memory? Then again, I'm no expert, but I've read so much from Samsung to believe that they did not want to have adoptive memory in the phone and this account talks about it being a fix.
 
I have confirmed, that on the AT&T version, you can move the entire app and data to SD card. (No matter how big) This feature is much better then the Adaptable Storage feature.
 
Ok. After doing a little digging around, the data files ARE NOT moved to SD card like I thought. (Even though it says it is). As a matter of fact, I can't even tell how much, if any, of the app is moved to the SD card. It would be nice if Samsung listed how much of the app is on the SD card, for each app you move. (Its like this on my S4) If you guys can figure this out, please let us know. Thanks.
