Well, mine seems to load youtube video pretty quick depending on the size and length of said video. Also are you in a high signal area? Good reception? Or out in the boonies with low signal? It also depends on the time of day. AM & PM rush hours are when everyone is trying to use the network all at once so your speeds drop. If all else fails, try logging onto WIFI if you can, you get the best download speeds when using WIFI
