that wasn't me who replied. And no I didn't pay $250... I paid $350 + NYS tax (ie. just shy of $400)... and the $100 rebate I won't be eligible for because I did not activate the handset... so if anyone is offering I will accept no less than $450 + paypal

and yes I'd trade for an evo brand new in box + $100 (cuz that we all know is $199.99)
