Samsung Exibit battery life?

I'm looking at getting my wife a Samsung Exibit to replace her Straight-Talk powered Galaxy Precident (Straight-Talk sucks, had great luck from T*Mobile). The Precident would kill a battery in about 2 hours but my SideKick (which uses the same battery, I have been trading them) can go 16 to at times 36 hours on a charge. Can I expect more of the same as the Precident from the Exibit or will it probably act more like my Sidekick (minus the bugs)? Also, I have thought about getting me a DoublePlay. How good those work outside of having to squint at that tiny second screen? My SideKick isn't too bad, though, but it does crash just often enough to be annoying. I also have had issues with the touch screen. Outside of that, the durn thing has a whole lot of potential with how it was designed to do. I know I got a bit off topic here...

I'm fairly certain that the Exibit has fairly good battery life although I don't own one so I don't know for sure, but if need be you can always turn auto sync off to conserve a lot of battery.

Now about the doubleplay IMO it's more gimmicky than anything. There is no point to the second screen really. Although I hear it has a fairly good qwerty keyboard so that's always a plus if you text a lot (or emails, or anything else that uses the keyboard). Although going from the sidekick to the doubleplay it is a downgrade... it has a slower processor no front facing camera, etc. If you need a keyboard phone then I would reccomend something like the G2 (a bit slower processor, but has a good keyboard and runs good and has flash support), or a bit more expensive a HTC MT4GS (an okay keyboard, 1.2ghz dual-core, vga FFC, 8 MP rear camera, etc.)
