I Have a samsung g 3 and I cleared cleared credentials. And now when I go to set up a vpn it will not allow me into the vpn section without a password. I tried everything but will not allow I get when i go to vpn enter password for credential storage. No password I enter works. I called samsung as well as my carrier but they tell me I need to do a factory reset. Can anyone help as I would like to avoid do a factory reset. android 4.4.2
