well, the "US" basically means LTE, since att, sprint and verizon are expected to have lte coverage. However, TMobile does not have LTE, so no further porting is needed or chip swaps (can directly be shipped from Europe). So, I wonder it it might come earlier.I think it was said the US was looking at June for a release.

Honestly, I like t-mobile's 4G philosophy better than LTE. It's cheaper and provides close to the same speeds. Those cost savings can be (and have been ) passed on to the consumer.
