Samsung Galaxy 2 - Full Screen

Hey there,
Do I understand that there is an app that will allow me to view videos on my Samsung Galaxy S2? I can't seem to get it done just with phone settings. Any help would be appreciated.

I've never owned an S2, but if you're talking about videos you recorded you can do that by going to either gallery, videos, or going to them trough your camcorder.
