samsung galaxy 3 vs HTC wildfire

i decided to buy galaxy 3 or HTC wildfire let me know some details about them.

about galaxy 3 i need few clarifications

which is processor it is using i know its 667 Mhz processor but is qualcom ?
what about ROM and RAM it just say internal memory ?
whats the difference between them ?
 
For WildFire:

512MB ROM+384MB RAM

The Screen of WildFire are less pixels, and when you draw near you will see points. Totally it has rougher screen, but for this price, from the hardware to the software(android 2.1) it's OK. And Maybe, you could even upgrade to 2.2 directly from wireless network too.
