Help Samsung Galaxy 5 Reject List

I added someone to my reject and spam number list and wanted to add them again. But I removed all numbers from those list and still can't get calls or texts. I tried removing the battery and sim card but still doesn't work.

It's possible you might have to do a factory reset. Phil
