Hi,

I have purchases a Samsung 7 how do I know if it's unblocked it suppose to be that what I was told

If you're wondering if it's unlocked to all carries, one way to find out would be by inserting a different Sim card. So if the phone was originally from att, just insert a T-Mobile SIM card. If that works, then your phone is unlocked. Same goes for carries in other countries.

You can also call att and ask if it's unlocked.
