When I get a Twitter notification it only shows in the notification bar.. How do i make the Twitter
notification popup in any Instant Messaging App and on my phone I contacted Twitter and they said it was a Samsung phone issue and they can do nothing HONESTLY. How do i make the Twitter
notification popup in any Instant Messaging App and on my phone?

I don't think there's any option for a Twitter pop-up that overrides anything else
