I have done a complete reset on my windows 10 pc, and I want to put my pictures back on. I backed up documents, bookmarks. but omitted to backup pictures. They are all stored on Cloud. but a lot have gone missing on my phone. I have tried to transfer them back to my phone. but it will not let me download. I have clicked on the three dots, and it does not say anything about downloading. If I can get them back on my phone I can then transfer them to my pc.
 
Really, why would you want to reset windows 10 pc in the first place?
The last time I did that was several years ago and I just backed them up on my Verizon cloud.
 
It was full of junk and kept getting alerts that it was vulnerable to security threats. There is a couple of other problems. When I start up it first shows an Outlook email address and a pin which I don't have. I have to put in my yahoo email address which sends me a code. I enter It and it says there is a problem. I press skip and it opens my desktop. Also when it starts up, I have to turn on number lock. I have tried changing value to 2, without success.
 
Have you tried Ccleaner to clean out that extra Registery, I have been using it for 21 years and it is free to download, but do not download from the newer verision, try it with the older verison, think there is a link to it by googling it.
