I just bought this phone (Samsung Galaxy A3 2016) a few hours ago and I'm already having problems with the WiFi.
At first it kept disconnecting, then connecting again very momentarily... before it disconnects again 3 seconds later. So I did a Factory Reset.
It was then fine for a while and was able to download about 5 apps before it disconnected again. I then connect it to my WiFi network only to be told "Internet not available" -- supposedly, considering I can use WiFi perfectly fine on all other devices. Then it's back to disconnecting. Repeat that whole process and you've got my frustration.
Is there anyone out there who would be able to help me with this problem? Otherwise I might have to return this. Thanks in advance
