I think i've posted earlier in the wrong forum sorry :confused:

Hi all,i am an oldie but newbie,so please be gentle,
i have a SGA3,Whatsapp has now run out but when i try and download it my phone keeps saying "Insufficient storage available" what i cant understand is Y,i have no other apps, only the one's already loaded,F/Book and Pics are on the SD card,so how in simple terms can i get Whatsapp back ,Cheers thanks for reading

Hi Mike i thought i had but its gone pear shaped,its also now saying message memory full ,

Sounds like a phone issue rather than an app problem per se. You might get more help on the specific forum for your device. I'll ask a moderator to move this thread. Good luck.
 
Ah funny how you say that,my "Use packet data" ticked but phone is saying no connection,but WIFI works fine
