Help Samsung galaxy ace official update to 2.3.6 through kies? Kies unable to find new firmware

Hi all,

I have my samsung galaxy running on Gingerbread 2.3.3. As far as I know samsung has already released official update 2.3.6 (please correct me if I m wrong) but when I connect my mobile to kies, it says I have latest firmware instead of asking me to update it to 2.3.6?

Can you please help me with this?

Note: I have purchased this phone in UK with T mobile pay as you go number.

The updates are given region vice, first confirm that samsung has released the 2.3.6 upgrade for your region or not. Its not necessary that your region will get an upgrade because other countries have gotten the upgrade.

Samsung's software support is very bad.

I guess T mobile have to push this update in your case...
