So my Samsung Galaxy Express just stopped working after I had left it for a few minutes. 12 hours later and it still does not work. I have tried these solutions:
-doing the multiple button thing to turn it on
-leaving it to charge
I also swapped the batteries of my dead phone and another working galaxy express. The working phone still worked, and the dead phone still does not work. This means that the battery is not the cause of the problem.
Can anyone please help me fix this, and what the problem is?
Thanks, your help is greatly appreciated.

I have this same problem. Some days my Galaxy Express 3 will turn on, but recently for the past for the phone has been a complete brick. Won't turn on, won't charge, won't even register on the computer that the device was plugged in. I've tried the same solutions (hard reset, leaving it on charge, swapping batteries) as well as placing the device in the freezer thinking it was because the phone overheated and it has not been responsive. I have important documents in my memos that I cannot access without the phone being on and would like to see some solution to this issue as well. the phone has not been dropped or water damaged and as far as I'm concerned has no physical damage to it aside from a few small cracks from having it in my back pocket one too many times, and I can't blame it on malware because the only things I have installed or downloaded to the phone are common social media apps and songs that I have put on my other phones without any problems like this. Perhaps it's just a shitty model line, but whatever the case may be I'd like to know why my phone no longer works.
