Help Samsung galaxy fame s6812 device status

The device status of my samsung galaxy fame duos shows custom.
Can anyone please confirm whether it shows custom in all samsung galaxy fame devices or not.
PS - it is under settings > about device > status > device status.
though when i boot into download mode, it says official samsung.

Is the phone rooted? If it isn't, try these steps to make it 'official'

Step 1: Power off the phone

Step 2: Boot into Android System Recovery by holding the Up Volume key, the Home key and the Power key

Step 3: Using the volume buttons, scroll down to 'Wipe cache partition'

Step 4: Press the power button to select 'Wipe cache partition'.

Step 5: Once the /cache partition is wiped, select 'reboot system now' to restart the phone. The device status *should* be official now.

Tried according to ryanch94 comments but it does not work on my phone.
