Help Samsung Galaxy Indulge freeze while using the camera

Once in a while, my Samsung Galaxy Indulge freezes while using the camera. I can see the camera image moving if I move the phone but the phone doesn't reply to any button and I have to power down and restart the phone. ANy idea on how to solve that problem?

May i ask when was the last reset or of rooted when was the last phone wiping .

I reset it 2 weeks ago

After the reset did you check to see if the device was up to date

sorry for the late reply, I didn't receive an email notification. Anyway, your link is for the Cricket phone while I have a MetroPCS phone. Mine is a Samsung Galaxy Indulge SCH-R910 and not a SCH-R915.
