Hi. I am considering getting a Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime from T-Mobile. What I don't understand is, every website I check has camera specs at 13 MP and 8 MP (including Samsung). However, on the T-Mobile website it has the J7 Prime camera specs of only 8 and 5 MP. Can that be right?? Can the same phone model have different specs from one seller to another?

Well I'd tend to go with the manufacturer's specs especially when it matches other sources and review sites. T-Mobile is just a cellular service/carrier, it does not manufacture their own phones, and it does not dismantle phones and replace internal components. Some intern probably typed in or copy-pasted the wrong specs.
